General Rules for Returns
Must be reported within 30 Days of the Delivery Date. No Return Requests will be accepted after this period.
All returns will be charged a restocking fee of 25%. This amount is to account for the shipping fee and cost to move the product back into the warehouse.
Products Not Eligible for Returns or Exchanges:
- Modified products or those not in resalable condition.
- Products not accompanied by an Order Number.
- Accessories and components not in original packaging.
Damaged Products:
- If box has clear damage upon delivery, refuse the package and note damages with delivery driver.
- If damages discovered after delivery, report within 24 hours with clear photos and Order Number.
- Damaged products must be returned for refund or replacement.
Exchange Policy
Exchange Process:
- Arrange for return pickup.
- Warehouse checks product condition.
- Refund issued, less restocking fee.
- Customer processes new exchange order.
Refund Processing:
- Issued after warehouse receives, inspects, and processes return or exchange.
- Refunds credited to original payment method within 72 hours.
International Shipping and Warranty Voidance
- Shipping goods outside the United States or transporting them internationally voids warranty.
- Warranty coverage designed for products used within the United States.
- Contact customer support for questions before international shipping.
- Adherence to guidelines ensures warranty validity.
