Do you offer FREE shipping?
Yes, we provide FREE shipping for all orders delivered by FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight, or the most cost-effective available carrier. Your order will be delivered curbside; however, please note that the carrier will not deliver inside your home, garage, or kitchen. If assistance is needed for delivery, kindly arrange for it accordingly.
Please be aware that if the carrier deems the destination address undeliverable, additional charges may apply for alternative delivery methods.
We do not ship to PO Boxes. Additionally, all shipments include full insurance coverage.
You will receive tracking number(s) via email 2-4 business days* after placing your order. Here are the estimated delivery times after the processing date:
- FedEx Ground: 4-6 business days*
- FedEx Freight or other LTL providers: 4-12 business days*
Please note that these are general guidelines, and shipping times may vary based on the final destination, ordered items, and logistical factors.
In the event that an item is shipped, but the order is cancelled or refused upon delivery, a 15% to 35% restocking/shipping fee will be applied.
Can I change my shipping address?
Should you need to adjust or modify the shipping address for an item after it has been shipped, please note that a $175.00 fee will be incurred. This fee covers the charges imposed on HVAC Kingdom and the time required to promptly process the address change with the freight carrier.
LTL Shipments:
For large and heavy items such as ranges, refrigerators, or those exceeding 155 pounds, they will be shipped via LTL (less-than-truckload) shipment. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment, and it's essential for someone to be present at the time of delivery to sign for the shipment.
Additional fees may apply for rescheduling delivery or if the shipment is refused. We strive to offer the best shipping prices possible for our customers. All LTL shipments include curbside delivery at no extra cost to the customer. Please ensure that individuals aged 18 or older are available to accept and sign for the delivery.
What if my package is damaged?
If you notice clear damage to the box upon delivery, follow these steps:
- Take clear photos of the damaged box.
- Refuse the package and note the damages with the delivery driver on the Bill of Lading or Freight Bill.
- Email help@hvackingdom.com with your issue and photos.
If there are no damages to the box:
- Inspect your package immediately upon receipt from the freight carrier.
- If there are damages to the product, take pictures and send them to us right away.
- Please report any damages within 24 hours; otherwise, further resolution may be rejected.
For all orders:
- Retain your box, packaging, and pallet for ALL products in case of returns or exchanges.
Before authorizing a return for damaged goods:
- File a warranty claim by emailing help@hvackingdom.com.
- Ensure the item is readily available for inspection by the warranty service team.
- A return cannot be authorized if the warranty service team is not allowed to inspect the item.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
- All damages must be reported within 24 hours; claims reported after this timeframe will be denied.
- Returned products must be in original, unused condition, including original packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
- Refunds will be issued after the warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. Refunds may take up to 72 hours to reflect on your statement.
- Return shipping charges are not refundable.

All returns must be reported within 30 Days of the Delivery Date. No Return Requests will be accepted after this period.
What is your refund process?
Refunds are issued after warehouse receives, inspects, and processes return or exchange.
You shall be credited to original payment method within 72 hours.
What is your restocking fee?
MRCOOL and Pioneer: 35% Restocking Fee and Return Shipping Fee.
All Other Brands: Minimum 35% Restocking Fee and Return Shipping Fee.

- Cooling: 5°F to 122°F (outside temperature)
For the 4th Gen Multi-Zone 48k condensers:
- Heating: 5°F to 75.2°F (outside temperature)
- Cooling: 5°F to 122°F (outside temperature)
Indoors, at the thermostat:
- Cooling: 62°F to 90°F
- Heating: 32°F to 86°F
Single-Zone:
For the 4th Gen Single Zone 12K – 24k condensers:

- Cooling: -13°F to 122°F (outside temperature)

What can I do about the excess coil/line set length?
It is recommended to leave the remaining/excess line set coiled horizontally near the condenser and wrapped with protective tape. This will not impact performance whatsoever.
