Call the blood product install went extremely successful. Would definitely use again. Products been installed for four days now and is working as designed will update review after customer has used product for a while.

We have a home which only has electric baseboard heaters and are super expensive. We’ve been looking at mini splits but didn’t want to pay the outrageous HVAC vendor fees. Studied MrCool DIY systems and finally decided to buy it. Everything shipped and arrived super quick. You do have to have basic maintenance skills to install as stated in the manual. Also be sure to triple check your install locations and measure the length to order the right size lines. The charged copper lines are not super easy to straighten so the 25’ roll doesn’t mean it will actually go 25’ so give yourself some extra room. Installed the four zone system in about 2 days without any issues. It was -10 last night and the system worked without any issues and kept the house at a nice 70. Excited to have the system and hope it works great in the future!

I have had aSENL/24CD for five years in my Florida home. Never had a problem. 100% satisfied. Installation went perfect on the SENL/18CD that I installed in my sister's garage. I'm sure I'll get just as good of service from this unit. Senville 100%

The unit was delivered by a semi after I spoke to the delivery company and told them it would be tough to deliver. Left beside the road. The unit had to be moved with a front end loader. To large to carry. Install went well. Only issues I had was the whip that was purchased from Mr. Cook was for 3/4” knock outs. The electrical panel on the unit had 1/2” knock outs and there wasn’t enough drain line to for the evaporator to be ran away from the building. Product seems well built and cooks like it should

System was easy to install with basic tools. AC works great. Haven’t been able to use the heat pump yet.

It would've been nice to add a template for making the hole in the wall for the line set.

The system is working great. Keeping the house cool and is very quiet. The install was not complicated. I watched a few YouTube videos online, so I knew what to expect. Overal I think it took me 30 hours to install. My lines were 25, 35, and 50 ft. So a lot of time was getting them in place and securing them lines na installing covers. Overall worth the self install. I’m sure I saved 5,000 and the job was done with more care.

Wished we would have known about Mr. Cool a couple years ago….
